Management
Mike Sirotin, President Mr. Sirotin has more than a decade of experience in information systems development and project management. He developed and managed software applications in a diverse array of domains, from air traffic control to accounting to human genome analysis. Mr. Sirotin has also worked in the government budget community for many years and has extensive expertise in the government budget management lifecycle. He played a key role in the development of the Budget Formulation and Execution Manager (BFEM) system and of its companion Performance Management Module (PMM). These applications are currently used by ten federal agencies, including five cabinet-level departments. Mr. Sirotin holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland. |
